What Data We Collect
When you use our calculators, we only process the numbers you enter in your browser — nothing is sent to our servers. When you submit a loan enquiry (via the Apply flow or a city page's lead form), we collect: your name, phone number, email address (optional), city, loan amount, monthly income, and employment type.
How We Use It
We use your enquiry details to match you with relevant lending partners and to allow our advisors, or the lending partner you're matched with, to contact you about your loan enquiry. If you provide an email address, we may send you a confirmation of your enquiry and, if you've opted in, a weekly City Pulse market update email that you can unsubscribe from at any time.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or unrelated third parties. Your enquiry details are only shared with the lending partner(s) you are matched with, for the purpose of processing your loan enquiry.
Where Your Data Is Stored
Your data is stored securely in Supabase, a managed database provider with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized KitnaLoan.in team members.
Deleting Your Data
To request deletion of your data, email hello@kitnaloan.in from the email address or with the phone number associated with your enquiry, and we will remove your records within a reasonable time.
Cookies
We use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or cross-site tracking.
